How TrueSeva Home Care meets state licensing, screening, and quality standards.

Licensing

TrueSeva Home Care has applied for licensure as a Home Care Organization (HCO) with the California Department of Social Services' Home Care Services Bureau, and our license is currently pending approval. We will update this page with our license number as soon as it is issued.

Caregiver screening & training

  • Criminal background checks (LiveScan / DOJ & FBI) for every caregiver
  • Verification of work eligibility and references
  • Required orientation and ongoing training hours as mandated by state regulation
  • Registration with the state Home Care Aide registry

Insurance & bonding

TrueSeva Home Care maintains general liability insurance and caregiver bonding to protect the families and caregivers we work with.

Quality assurance

We conduct regular check-ins with clients and families to review care plans, address concerns, and confirm caregivers are meeting TrueSeva's standards of care.

HIPAA & privacy

Health and personal information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable state and federal privacy regulations.
